World of Warcraft Upgrade Item Guide
The Upgrade item is a unique evolution item that trainers can use to transform Porygon into Porygon2. This change requires an upgrade, the Sinnoh Stone and 50 Porygon Candy.

Upgrade components
Upgrade components are items that can be put into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an added benefit or additional effect while the equipment is being utilized. They can be purchased from vendors or other players, looted, gotten as a reward, or created by crafting materials. Upgrade items can have cosmetic effects in addition to providing attribute bonuses.
Upgrade components can include inscriptions, enhancements and infusions. They aren't generally available for general use and they can only be applied to Ascended equipment or other weapons from the Factions campaign. Infusions, inscriptions and enrichments can be extracted from equipment with an Infusion Extraction Device, or salvaged with a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.
Unlike other upgrade items, Phoenix Boxes can be traded while still attached to the item they are upgrading, and they are able to be used again after they are salvaged. These upgrade items are the most effective option to boost the quality of armor and weapons without spending Dilithium, as they can increase the item's chance of receiving a quality upgrade by two times.
An upgrade component within an item can be replaced with another however, it will destroy the original (except for upgrades of ascended equipment and legendaries). Upgrade components can only be added to upgraded items that have an identification level of zero or more. The addition of an upgrade to an item that is already equipped with a suffix or prefix upgrade will display the name of the resulting item as it would appear in game (for instance, adding the Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be referred to as Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player can only own three upgrade items at once.
Glyphs
Glyphs are a fantastic addition to any product. They offer unique benefits and boosts. Some glyphs can also increase the number of affixes that can be placed on an item, thereby increasing its overall power. These glyphs are available through the dungeons and some even drop in certain World Tier 3 areas. It's important to remember that glyphs are only available to characters who have created a root-dungeon of the same level of depth.
To make use of a Glyph it is necessary to create it using components and connect them to anchors. Then the component will automatically align itself to other components and paths in the same layer. If you don't wish to create the glyph from components, you can create it by using a combination of paths and anchors. Then, drag an element close to an element highlighted to snap it into place.
Some glyphs require certain conditions to be fulfilled, such as 25 Dexterity within a specific area on the Paragon Board. Certain glyphs require a certain number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which could be a bit difficult to achieve. Some glyphs also have a radius that increases as you move it up.
Glyphs are used for various items and can be added to all weapons except for weapons belonging to specific classes. Certain glyphs have conditional requirements for instance, having a certain amount of Dexterity or Attack damage in a particular area on the Paragon board.
The Defend Glyph has an 5% chance to block enemy attacks. It also has a chance of 15% to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.
Some glyphs may also be applied to restricted tools, such as the Black Lion Chest and Trading Post. These glyphs contribute to the Combat Mechanic Achievement.

The most common glyphs in the game are the attack glyphs that increase Artifacts' ATK substats by a fixed value. These glyphs are especially useful for classes that rely on weapons with a range, such as Warriors or Rogues. The Exploit Glyph renders enemies who hit the Hero vulnerable to damage.
item upgrading
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll the result of an Action. When the reroll occurs, they are thrown away. Reroll tokens can be obtained in several ways, including through raids, dungeons, and skirmishes. They can also be bought at the store or purchased from other players. They are especially useful in dungeons and trials because they allow players to roll rewards from the bottom of the chest.
Recycle points are available for items at level 1. When an item is recycled, it will add a specific number of points to the upgrade gauge. This value scales based on the item's level and rarity. In addition, the upgraded item won't keep its level after rerolling, and the cost for recycling an upgraded item increases with its level.
The player may also make use of reroll tokens to make an item rerollable. However it will not bring back the item's original stats, or level. This is a great option for those who want to reroll an item or piece of equipment that they don't love but want to keep in their collection.
There are three kinds of upgrade tokens that are available in the game: reroll random, and upgrade. Each type has a few subtypes. Reroll tokens, for example are available in three levels: rare, legendary and enhanced. Each requires an item of the appropriate level to create a new item with that quality.
To make use of rerolling tokens, select "Reroll Token" by right-clicking on the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select the type of token you want to use. The available tokens include Item Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. The Item token can be used to create a new Item in any quality. A Weapon or Misc token can create a new weapon belonging to the same faction.
The item can be upgraded to a new item that has similar stats, but at a higher level. This will occur when the item is in the Pool that is not droppable or has been transferred to it as part of a Franchise Card.
